Oh, MOO! I can't think of a site slogan today!

A RATZ strip, written by Laura Howell. Laura writes all the stories, and has inked many of them on my pencils. She inked this one. It features Rubella Rat, one of a gang of Ratz Girlz who've started making an appearance. Interesting developments! The colours are applied by our chums at DC Thomson, who publish The Beano.
